Ambitious Dentist: Dr. Brett Druger & Dr. Irene Druger

Dr. Brett Druger and is from Medford Lakes, NJ and his wife Irene Druger is from Louisville, Kentucky. Currently they are practicing general dentistry in Westfield, NJ. Their future goals are to continue to enjoy a wonderful family and practice ownership.

What makes you ambitious and sets you apart from being average?

We put ourselves in our patient’s shoes constantly. Whether it’s an emergency visit, a routine dental checkup, or an insurance issue, we try to relate to how they would feel, and try to make it the most enjoyable experience possible. We are also always to striving to improve and implement new technology.

What is your favorite quote or motto?

“I used to complain about having no shoes, until I met a man who had no feet.”

Any advice or biggest thing you learn about being in real world dentistry?

Just when you think you mastered it, something new comes out and you need to continue learning.

What do you do to ensure a positive work life balance?

We try to think positive and follow the golden rule. We definitely make time for the family and try to make the best of our days off.
